Is this a good idea?

    To be configuring a certain field to be seen by "Everyone" but only when the user inputs "ajkdjfkajfdkjks" or something crazy for "email" for example.

    ... and I can't directly put the field as "Admin" or than other fields won't show.

    Is this a good idea?

    I don't understand what you are trying to do. What is your use-case in detail?
