It is not possible to save forms on Form settings field! URGENT!

Hi, after upgrading it is not possible to save forms anymore.
The form on the frontend seems to be ok: http://seminare.blueballoonmedia.de/seminar-buchen/

Its just the backend. Please. I need help here. This website should have been online by now.
