italicize text?

    I'm pretty new, but I can't figure out how to italicize text in the description field. I'm trying to italicize a book title is this possible? The site is: http://www.ruthsinternationalkitchen.com/
    I'm using Headway Themes 3.1.2.

    I don't see the form you're talking about with a description/book title. Can you post the URL to your actual form page? Once I have that, then I can give you some specific guidance.
