Items not showing total & I can't uncheck radio buttons

    Hello, I'm using three forms on these links:

    http://horsetradermagazine.com/commercial-full-colour-display-rates/
    http://horsetradermagazine.com/commercial-black-white-rates/
    http://horsetradermagazine.com/classified-advertising-rates/

    When a priced item is selected it doesn't show the total at the bottom.

    Also instead of only one item being able to be selected on the one form, I can select multiple. How can I modify it so that if you click on another item it will uncheck any other checked radio button?

    Also, how do I make sure that no form submission is received unless the PayPal payment has been made?
