Large form reaches limit of how much can be saved

  1. Hi,

    I have been trying to investigate this with my host as the forms will work up to a certain size and then stop saving any new changes. The server admin has watched the logs as I submit the form and can identify that it is being stopped due to exceeding a limit. From other users on this support forum we have gone down the suhosin path and kept increasing the post max value up to:

    suhosin.post.max_value_length = 3000000

    and still cannot get the form to save. If we turn suhosin off into simulation mode then the forms all work and save again, but the server admin has suggested that we are leaving ourselves very vulnerable to injection attacks.

    Is it possible that we are changing the wrong limit?

    Thanks,

    Chris

    Unfortunately, it sounds like this isn't a Gravity Forms issue and as such there is little I can do to help. I don't know Suhosin and can't advise on what you can do to change it effectively. You'll want to talk to the creators of Suhosin or your host for more details on what you can do.
