    Hi,
    I am trying to figure out how to track what page a lead came from.
    I do not want to have to create a different form for every single page of my website…just want gravity forms to track what page the lead came from and also have this information inserted into the notification email.

    It is recorded automatically. In the entries screen you can add the column Lead URL. And in your notification you can add embed_url.
