Linking not working properly?

Hi - I'm doing a bit of testing and added link code into a single choice mandatory checkbox (a standard field). I added this:

    I agree with the <a href="http://www.google.com">Posting Policy</a>

The backend Edit Form screen shows the link correctly, but when the form is viewed in its embedded form in a page, it does not; instead, it shows precisely what you see above, i.e., I agree with the <a href="http://www.google.com">Posting Policy</a>

Any ideas how we can fix this please?

    Many thanks
    Richard

P.S. For those who need a temporary fix, I've noticed that the html works perfectly when you paste it into the field's description box as opposed to the Option box... .

  2. Hello Richard,

By default it is stripping HTML out of the field labels. HTML is not stripped from the description which is why it works. This was by design.

We are open to changing this and we will discuss it internally. I'll post here with an update.

    Thanks!

    Carl

  4. Hey Richard, we will be adding this in a release update. I don't have a date for you but it will be within the next week i'm sure. Keep an eye out on the release notes and blog post that will be posted with the release notes. Thanks!

I've got the same need. Was this added in the v1.2 release?

    Thanks.

  6. This doesn't appear to have made it into a release yet. I'm using the latest non-developer version of Gravity Forms, and upon entering a common privacy policy checkbox, like so:

    "I agree to the <a href="privacy-policy" rel="nofollow">privacy policy</a>"

    The HTML is stripped out.

Any solution to this, or does the description field just have to be used?
