List output on category pages

    Hi,
    I have a submission form with custom fields and post fields.
    I am able to show the single post entry with all the data posted in the form.
    What I would like to do is to show a list in the category page (yes... user chooses the category) with some of the form fields. Clicking on the list item should open the complete single post. (http://alpha.houndsandpeople.com/de/category/greatest/cafe/)
    I tried the directory addon - but it does not do trick because the entries are not linked to the post page.
    Sorry - but I am sure to miss something obvious... could you give me some hint?
