    Hi Team,

I'm using the Advanced Form > List field with mutliple columns. When i try exporting the entry data in to an excel document the values for this list field all appear in one cell. is there anyway to get these values in to individual cells?

    Hope you can help,

    Thanks,
    Scott

  2. Hi Scott,

Standard functionality is that each row becomes a column with the value for that column being the combine values entered for that row separated by a pipe character.

    Example:
    This: http://grab.by/bXbC
    Is exported like this: http://grab.by/bXbK

Is this what you are seeing or are all columns and their respective values displaying as a single value?

If this is what are you are seeing, there is unfortunately no way to customize this without creating some sort of custom export functionality. We tried to make this as intuitive and useful as possible, but we acknowledge that there might be a better way. Any suggestions?

    Hi David,

Thanks for your reply. Yes this is what I'm seeing.

Is there anything you recommend to get around this?

  5. Hi Nalwor,

Can you show more of your columns in the export? From the column you did show it looks like it is functioning correctly.

There are no other fields that support multiple columns.

    Hi David,

Here is a picture of all the columns: -

Is there anything you can suggest so the values are exported in to separate cells and that it looks the same as the picture? I really want to keep with using Gravity Forms but if there is no way to do this then i may have to look at other solutions.

    Thanks
    Scott
