Logged in user not recognized as author

    I use the GF to enable visitors and users to send in posts.

    After upgrading tot wp3.0 rc1 the entries do not show the user that was logged while filling out the form.
    All the post get the default author.

    Working on WP3.0 rc1 and GF 1.3.12

    We will look into it and see what is going on. Most likely a 3.0 related issue we had not encountered yet.

    Hi,
    Thank you for your reply.

    To test things I went back to WP2.9.2. The problem persists under 2.9.2 so it is likely that the issue is not due to the WP upgrade.

    I'll have to find out why this does not work any more. I you have suggestions I will appreciate it.

    We haven't been able to replicate this locally on 2.9.2 or 3.0 and the use logged in user as author functionality appears to be working fine for us on our test installs. It appears this could be an issue specific to your site. Possibly something that has changed recently.
