Mail not sending on Windows Server

  1. I noticed some other threads where folks are having issues getting forms to send through on Windows servers. We just built a site for a client that needed to run on Windows and the forms are not sending.

I don't have direct access to the server to see what the mailer is logging, but noticed in another thread, thus plugin was recommended to help the cause: WP Mail SMTP http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/wp-mail-smtp/

That plugin hasn't been updated in a while - can anyone recommend one still active? Thanks!

That is still the one we recommend and the one that has been solving mail issues for thousands of people.

  4. David,

Did you have to do any hooking into gravity to get the plugin to work or was it out of the box install?

It is just an install, configure, and use. It should "hijack" how WordPress sends mail and be better able to deliver it than WordPress' built-in sendmail alone.
