mail notifications not being sent

I've just moved one of my sites to Hostmonster and have had a few problems with outbound mail. I've installed the WP-Mail-SMTP plugin and can send test messages sucessfully.
I've also set the from mail on the notification to the same from address as the WP-Mail-SMTP plugin.
I'm still getting no notification messages form my form entries (and I can't see any log or erro messages either).

    Any ideas?

    Many thanks,

I've progressed a little further with this. I can now send mail via SMTP or with the mail() function sucessfully - at least the test mails are generated correctly from the WP-Mail plugin.
I'm still not getting any notifications from my gravity forms. I've changed from and destination address in the notification settings, but to no avail.
I have a copy of the site on my dev servers and there everything functions just fine. The significant difference is that the dev servers are hosted with arvixe and production with hostmonster.

    Thanks,

When the notification is generated by GF, I am getting the error trail below.
I get the same message if I send WP-Mail to use SMTP or mail() so I can only assume that GF is ignoring the WP-Mail plugin settings.

    Any thoughts?

Ok - this is semisorted. My Send to email had two addresses seperated by a comma. In my arvixe installation this works fine. In the hostmonster installation, the email fails. I'm guessing it's a restriction place on the outbound mail server.

  5. Email issues are always going to be web server related. You are correct that some email servers do not like multiple email addresses in the Send To. Some web servers only allow one email.
