make extra checkboxes show on form

    I have 11 items using checkboxes. Only 5 will show on the form. There is a msg
    "5 of 11 items shown. Edit field to view all"

    I've been searching the form with every combination of search term I can think of. Nothing even comes close to my problem. I can't find anything on the form itself to make the change.

    Also, none of the checkbox fields show up on the page when it is published.

    This is how that works in the formbuilder (to save on space), but not on the actual site when a user is looking at the form. You can always preview the form from the formbuilder to verify contents.

    I deleted all the forms, made the one I want again. Now it shows up.
