Can anyone point me in the right direction on how to make the "Forms" Sidebar Options Available to Contributor Users? It is only avialable for Admin users and I want my Contributors to see it the "Forms" options and be able to access them.

You can install the Members plugin and then configure it to turn on Role Management. Then you can edit the available roles (Admin, etc.) and add the available Gravity Forms capabilities you want that role to have.
Be aware when you first turn on role management the Forms menu may go away until you add all the Gravity Forms capabilities to the Admin role using the Members plugin.
