I'm interested in using using the paypal add on. I use a theme called Market Theme with the shopping cart that came with it. Before i pay the 199.00 I want to make sure there will not be any conflicts with my current shopping cart and all of my other products. the shopping cart checkout dropdown menu is limited that i currently have.

I've never used the Market Theme, but i'm not aware of any conflicts.
Just note Gravity Forms and Market Theme don't integrate, so purchasing via a Gravity Forms would be completely separate from purchasing via your shopping cart and any products associated with the Market Theme.
As long as the Market Theme was developed with best practices, you shouldn't have a problem. Gravity Forms is developed using best practices when it comes to WordPress development, however we can't guarantee the same can be said for other themes/plugins and that is typically where conflicts arise.
