Maximum number of entries?

I know we can limit the number of entries, but is there a max number of entries GF can support? We are planning a sweeps/contest that could generate around 100k entries. I also realize this is a server issue, but I want to make sure there is no problem with GF. Thanks.

  2. There are no problems with Gravity Forms handling that many entries.

    Hi Chris,

    So 100K is fine.

    How about 1 million?

    10 million?

    Is there a wall?

    Thanks and cheers,

    Gil

  4. The limitations come from server resources. So, the size of the database, maximum number of rows in the database tables, disk space, memory, etc. More entries will require more memory and more time in the admin to process them all, but there are no limitations in Gravity Forms. Exporting that many entries will quickly tax the memory if you try to export them all at once.

  6. Sure thing. If you end up with a huge number of entries, we'd like to hear about your experience with it. Thanks for hanging in there with us.
