Missing Form

    I upgraded the plugin and now my form is missing. I checked it in Twenty Eleven and it displays there. It doesn't display with the Thesis Theme. I tried to add wp_footer(); to the footer and it still isn't displaying.

    Hi Nina,

    The problem is the following call in the theme:

    <script type="text/javascript" src="http://ajax.googleapis.com/ajax/libs/jquery/1.4.2/jquery.min.js"></script>

    Not sure what is adding it, but that's why your form isn't showing up.
