Mobile Device and Conditional Logic

  1. I think it would be great for clients to complete a form on their mobile devices. I set up an evaluation form for my conference center here:

The form works great except for the conditional logic. For Accommodations Q2 on the form ("Did you find anything in need of repair?") if the user selects the "Yes" radio button, and additional field becomes available to add further details. This works great on normal browsers, but on my mobile device (iPhone 4s) the conditional logic doesn't function (the rest of the form works fine, so that's good).

Is conditional logic possible on mobile devices that you know of? Thanks for your help.

Are you using the latest Gravity Forms version and WordPress version? Are you using a special theme on your site for mobile browsers?

  3. Yes. Well, I updated Wordpress and bought GF two days ago, so I assume they are the latest versions. The theme is probably not a special theme for mobile browsers. I didn't build it. From my experience on my own mobile device, my theme is not built for mobile browsers.

This would be a small benefit, but here is another question. If I build a second form that doesn't use conditional logic for mobile users but has the same fields as the form I am currently using, could those entries from the two different forms be merged somehow? I suppose I could just export the .csv and merge them in a spreadsheet or something.

    Thanks.
