Multi-Column Radio Button Pricing Chart

  1. I'm looking to create a pricing box that looks like the screen shot below:
    http://trial.getyourphotosoncanvas.com/wp-content/uploads/2011/11/CanvasDemandPricingForm.jpg

    Basically:
The Main Column on Left is the Standard Size
And the 4 Columns to the right of that offer different prices with the various upgrades you do for each size. (The screen shot makes it pretty obvious)

I can't quite seem to figure out how to create the static column to the left, while allowing pricing selection using radio buttons to the right without messing something up.

    Thanks for your help!

  2. Can you post a link to what you've got so far and we can see about figuring something out.

  3. Hi Rob!
Just noticed your reply you posted 1 week ago.
Below I've pasted a link of exactly what I want it to be like pretty much:

Even if we can get it somewhat close and rig it to have a similar functionality that would be great.
    Thank you for your help!

  4. Hey Ray, would love to take a look at this with you, but I'd need to see an actual form on your site so we can take a look at your stylesheet and try to tinker with it to offer some guidance. I do appreciate the visual representation though, that will come in handy.
