Multi-page form does not advance when clicking NEXT button

  1. Hey guys,

I am busy creating quite a lengthy multi-page form, and when clicking the "next" button on the first page, the form does not advance to the next page.

I think I have tried everything by now.

I reverted to Twenty Eleven theme, I deactivated all plugins, I disabled Ajax for the form, cleared cache. I searched the forums, I Googled...

    Quite stumped here by now.

When doing a form preview, and clicking the "next" button from page one of the form, I get redirected to this URL >> http://www.webbusinesstactics.com/?gf_page=preview&id=1#gf_1 - and it shows the front page of my website.

Will seriously appreciate your help on this.

    Form is here >> http://www.webbusinesstactics.com/client-questionnaire/

    Thanks!
    Rich

  2. It shows your getting 403 Forbidden and failed to load resource. Could it be that theres something wrong with your permalinks or your htaccess file. I would try resetting your permalinks and then making sure everything is correct on the htaccess file.

  3. Thanks for the reply @blurosemedia

I do have Bulletproof Security installed, which modifies the .htaccess file, but I have gone through the process of deleting the customized .htaccess, de-activating BPS and reverting back to the default .htaccess and updating permalinks already.

    None of this helped.

I just went through that process again, right now I have the default .htaccess with BPS de-activated.

  4. You should only get a link with "preview" in it if you're viewing from the preview and are a logged in user. I did not get that preview link when accessing your form and clicking "next".

If you access the form from the form preview, does the next button work correctly?

  5. Hi Chris, no, when viewing from the preview and clicking the "next" button, I get redirected to this URL >> http://www.webbusinesstactics.com/?gf_page=preview&id=1#gf_1 - and it shows the front page of my site.
