Multi select 'select' buttons don't show

    Hi
    I'm using latest Gravity Forms version with Appthemes 'Classipress' and when I set up a multi select item the multi select radio buttons don't show - see screenshot here - https://docs.google.com/open?id=0BwnyxVSrvx2kV3VnNmctbHFlMXM

    Is this screenshot from the admin? Can you activate the default twenty eleven or twenty ten theme and see if the problem persists? I would start with that. If that does not work, please follow these instructions: http://www.gravityhelp.com/documentation/page/Testing_for_a_Theme/Plugin_Conflict
