  6. I do see a JavaScript error on the page after clicking "Next":

    Timestamp: 8/10/2012 8:16:29 AM
Error: ReferenceError: moveWindow is not defined
    Source File: http://mbrcontrol.com/#gf_3
    Line: 1

JavaScript and jQuery errors can cause all sorts of weird things to happen with form submissions. I also see that you are using an older version of WordPress. (3.3.2, not 3.4.1) You should test your theme and plugins to ensure you can update WordPress. Sometimes WordPress changes the version of jQuery included and that affects Gravity Forms,

Different browsers react differently to JavaScript errors, which is likely why you see the problem in Firefox but not other browsers.

  13. I followed your instructions in this post and I got to the end, entered my number, pressed submit, and was redirected to this page, not step 2 of the form. Screenshot: http://minus.com/lbpp1oKeFcJZmy

Is that the issue you were having as well? Or did I not see the problem you are experiencing?
