Multi-site license problems

  1. When I uploaded the GravityForms directory to our first site it showed in the "Manage Plugins" list just fine and I was able to activate it.

I just uploaded it to a second site and it's not showing in the "Manage Plugins" area at all. I tried deleting the gravityforms directory on our server and re uploading it a second time, but it still is not showing in the "Manage Plugins" area. Any ideas?

  2. This is weird,

When I choose to edit the plug-ins I see the gravity forms plugin. But when I go back to view the installed plug-ins the gravity forms plugin is still not listed. I've deleted the gravityforms directory and re uploaded it multiple times with no luck. It's no a caching issues and I have logged out of the admin area and cleared my cache.

  3. Nobody else has reported this issue and the plugin is working fine for you on another site so it is something specific with this site and not a Gravity Forms issue itself. It sounds like it is possibly a file permissions or server configuration issue.

I would look to make sure what you are uploading is the correct files, and also make sure that the file permissions for the plugins folder are correct. Sometimes when uploading files they inherit the file permissions of where you uploaded them from.

  4. uuuggg... brain fart on my end. I had clicked on the "Active" link in the manage plugins page and it was showing only the active plugins.

    Fixed now.
