Multiple Forms (Login / Register) but submission errors show up on first form

I'm embedding via PHP two forms, one for Register (on left), and one for Login (on right).

I'm using User Registration add-on for GF for Register form, for Login I'm hooking into form processing to log user in and redirect.

Problem is that when you submit login form with an error, errors are appearing for the first form as if the first form was submitted.

I've been working on it and flipped on animations / AJAX and it seemed to solve the issue. I'm too far into it to go back though, so I'll update this if I see it happen again in the future, otherwise you can close it out.
