Hello,
I recently created a basic Contact Us form and for some unknown reason there are small triangle shapes appearing to the left of each field. Can someone help me determine why they are appearing, how to remove them and how to keep them from showing up in the future? Thanks in advance.

@SamVil, without seeing your form, I would guess it's probably a background image being applied to the form list items. If that's the case, you can check out the FAQ page for a fix.

Look at the first question under the formatting section.
If that's not it, my second guess would be that aliens have invaded your form.
