mystifying - inserted field will not appear in form or preview?

Hello,

Strange one here ... I have just added a paragraph field to end of my form, and no matter what i do, the field does not appear in the form online or in the preview ... There is nothing special about the field, it's just a small paragraph field, and i can't figure out why, all of a sudden, a field will not show up ... ? I have restarted my computer, and nothing has changed. The field is in my form in edit mode, but not in preview or live view mode. in case you're interested, it's this form

yes, there is a lot of conditional logic, but that particular field does not have CL specified; however, it appears that the field in questions is ONLY appearing when another field at top of form is set to NO. I don't know how it's tied into that field, as there is no CL specified with the field. I've tried deleting and starting fresh, but doesn't seem to help. I don't know what you mean by "Field ID" for the text area ... I don't see that setting when I look at the field in the editor? Is there a way you can look at this on the back end perhaps? Can I send you my WP login information privately? Or let me know ... ?
