Need a license key?

    Hi
I have a fully licensed copy of GF but my additional plugins are constantly requesting registration permission.

    Gravity Forms MailChimp Add-On
    Gravity Forms Polls Add-on
    Gravity Forms Quiz Add-on
    Gravity Forms User Registration Add-On

Additional plugins are showing in the plugin list with the message

Register your copy of Gravity Forms to receive access to automatic upgrades and support. Need a license key?

I have deactivated and deleted them all, including GF Version 1.6.12 and re-uploaded and activated the latest files from GF site . But they still showing as needing registration

It is as if the additional plugins can not see the registration number to validate...

Note: the GF registration key field has a green tick -- so looks as if valid/ active
and GF plugin itself is not showing any message requiring registration / or update.

Any thoughts as to how to fix would be much appreciated

Are you running the latest version of WordPress? Is there anything special about your installation that you can think of? Usually this happens if the server can't contact our licensing server, or if another plugin is interfering.

  9. Hi David
I just deactivated my theme Thesis and activated Twenty Ten - no change.
Then I deactivated all my plugins and reactivated the GF plugins, no change.
I tried to remove the license from the GF settings > save > then added it back in > save - no change.
    Hope that helps?

Hmm, for some reason, maybe it isn't able to reach our authentication server, but usually it would be showing the same issue for the core plugin as well. It shouldn't effect anything, and I'll get our development team to check things out as soon as they have a chance.
