If your license key was not working, you would not have been able to access and post in this support forum. Support forum access is only available to users with an active license key. If your license key was not active and working, you wouldn't have been able to post this request.
If you go to your My Account page you will see that you have an active Gravity Forms Developer License. It expires on 11/27/2012 and is still active.
The same system that controls support access and displays your license key information on the My Account page is the same system that validates your license key when you enter it on the Settings page of Gravity Forms.
I tested your license key on my test site and it worked fine. There is nothing wrong with your license key and it is still active and valid.
I would suggest that you re-enter your license key on the Settings page of Gravity Forms on the site you are trying to activate it on. Make sure you enter it 100% correctly, otherwise it will not validate.
