Need some help with a special form

Hi there,

as said a thousand times already, great plugin. Please give me some help with the following. I need a form that looks like this:

I already managed to create the pricefields with the amount fields but cannot find a way to change the background of all individual fields. The plus and minus buttons are not that important (if it is ease then i would like to implenent it too) but the main challenge is the background color. More than one form will be created so it would be nice if it is not depending on a form-id but for all forms (based on css?). Thnx in advance.

I did not finish it completely (only nine colors) but if you can help me with this one than i can do the rest of the colors.
