Need to add 1-to-many sets of information.

  1. Hi guys:

I am working on a form where a user can register creative works and then they need to be able to add as many authors as required, along with their associated information.

For example if a work has multiple authors, I want the user to be able to "Add Authors" and it give the user a set of fields to populate for the new author (name, date of birth, etc.). The user would have the option of adding as many authors (& sets of info) as they need to.

Is this possible with gravity forms?

If you need a better description of what I am looking for let me know :-).

  2. You could potentially use the "List" field that is under the Advanced Fields section in the formbuilder. Otherwise, you'd need to use conditional logic - by adding sets of fields that show based on a selection. IE - have a field that says: How many authors? Then if I select 4, 4 sets of info fields show up via conditional logic.
