New User - Browser Issues

    I just recently purchased Gravity Forms, and am having trouble with viewing the plugin in WordPress (I took a screenshot for reference: http://goo.gl/tdmKg). Any idea why the page would render that way? I've tried a number of different browers (Chrome, Safari, IE) and it looks that way every time.

    HELP!!

    Looks like the Jet Pack banner is getting in the way of the form options on the right. Do you need that plugin active? Other than that, looks fairly normal.
