    How to add a configured form to page? Or, in other words what's the code to paste? Can't find it in FAQ

    This is what you're looking for.

    The easiest way is to use the shortcode wizard to place your form in the post body. You'll see an icon above the post editor next to the other media icons that will launch the wizard/window.

    Thanks for the reply. I have added it to a page. However, the form doesn't go to the next step as configured. Any idea what's wrong?
