    Hi

New User here. I've manage to create a Form, but upon testing no entries have been recorded when submitting the form.

Received the notification to administrator email with nothing showing up except the form title in the heading (email messege had the correct chosen form fields). Also no Notification to User email was sent during the testing eventhough it was setup with the correct form fields.

Any help and suggestion is much appreciated.

FYI I cannot post URL of the page because it an office intranet.

    Gravity Form Version 1.4.5

    Thank you.

  2. It sounds like the form isn't saving the data properly. It's going to be difficult to debug if we are unable to access the site to take a look at it.

This is most likely going to be some sort of web server related issue related to URL rewriting permalinks causing the forms not to submit properly. This sometimes happens on some web servers running Windows and IIS, which is notorious for URL rewriting and permalink issues when working with WordPress.

Is there no way for us to be able to access the page and see the site?
