    Hi,

I have created my first form. I added one radio buttons field and after that when I preview it is not showing up the field. It is only showing up the form description and submit button. To show up the fields so I need to do anything extra?

    Please help

    Thanks
    Raj

  2. Raj, you need to hit the update form button in the formbuilder before you can preview it. You need to do this every time you add fields to the form prior to preview.

Do you have a WordPress caching plugin installed? You can also check for theme/plugin conflicts:

So the issue, for anyone running into a similar problem, is that you shouldn't use Conditional logic to show the field you are applying it to.
