No shortcode and/or Insert Gravity Froms not working

  1. I'm new to Gravity forms and have been using another forms solution for sites I'm building in Wordpress. I successfully created a form using your wizard, but I am unable to insert the form into my post using the Embed option in the HTML Editor. I also don't see any place that I can get the shortcode to add the form to a page? I feel terrible asking, but I'm completely lost on where to look next.

Go to forms in your admin section. The form you created should be listed there. Next to the form title on the left you will find an id number. Right that number down and go to the page that you would like to have the form installed on.

Copy & paste the shortcode below in to your visual editor, replacing the 1 in id=1 with the id of the form you wish to use.

    [gravityform id=1 title=false description=false ajax=true]
