Not able to insert form into page

    I have made the form and now want to insert it into the page. The icons above the page content area in the WP "Add Page" have been replaced with this error message:

    Warning: printf() [function.printf]: Too few arguments in I:\xampp\htdocs\Weatherhead Music\wp-admin\includes\media.php on line 377

    This is what's on line 377 of media.php: printf($context, $out);

    I am sorry my site is not live yet and so I can not provide a link to see the page. Still on my local server. Thanks for your prompt help.

  2. HI Kliffdog, unfortunately there isn't much we can do without taking a look in the admin ourselves. If you can stand up a live dev, I"ll be happy to take a look.

    In the meantime, if you'd like to continue troubleshooting this on your end two things to check for are plugin conflicts or perhaps a permissions issue.

    It turns out a file somewhere got messed up when I installed the plug in. It's a mystery as to how this came to pass. None the less I had to reinstalled WP and now the plug in appears to be working fine. Thanks for your help.

    On a side note and just an FYI. The error occurred in media.php on line 377. This is a printf() output statement and it looks like the plug in some how wasn't talking to this file to add the new icon. I tested by turning the plug in off to see if it was in fact the plug in causing the problem. Sure enough when the plug in was inactive the problem disappeared. It may be as simple as me making an install error but you should be aware of the possible bug.

    Problem resolved. you can close the topic.
