Not receiving email notifications

  1. I'm not sure if I've set up the notifications correctly. The form is at

    http://caricatures.org.uk/home/booking-form/

and I want email notifications to be sent to simon@cartoono.co.uk.

I've entered the email address in all the available boxes in settings, but I don't receive anything.

Gravity Forms just uses the built-in WP mail function of WordPress to send out notifications.

Can you check for theme/plugin conflicts? I've seen instances where a plugin was a cause of this:

Also, you could try the SMTP plugin perhaps, a lot of people have success with this:

  3. Thanks - it was the Akismet Anti-Spam plugin that was stopping it.

Problem is, I need a compatible anti-spam plugin. Any recommendations?

You might want to contact the Automattic team regarding the issue. As for other anti-spam plugins, I know there are many of them out there, but don't currently have any recommendations. If you search for some on Google, you'll see some great top lists.
