I am using the same hosting for the other two sites that this is working for. I believe they are on different servers though.

I guess the question is, what is special about this installation? What about Gravity Forms isn't working? Are you sure it isn't a plugin conflict? Are you using the latest Gravity Forms and WordPress versions?

  5. I don't see a form on this page:
    http://mainedeerhunting.com.s96292.gridserver.com/

Can you point it out to me?

Also, what happens when "it is not working"? What actually happens instead of working? Does the form display or not, or does it fail to submit or fail to validate?

  8. is it possible to look at the characters in the license key field? i have three under this user name. is it possible that two could be the same?

would this be causing the conflict?

if i delete and reenter keys to my three different sites will i lose any info from existing forms?

  9. You can view the license key in the database directly, but not on the form settings page. Using the key on multiple sites will not cause you to not be able to create forms on one of the sites.

If you delete the key on the installations, you will not lose any forms or any entries.

I don't think any of this is related to your problem though. I think it will be something with the host configuration or a plugin or theme conflict.
