Could you please tell me if it is possible to use html email templates in my notification emails? This would help to carry over the business image in my customer correspondence. Thanks in advance for any & all of the amazing help I know I will receive (no sarcasm intended)

Yes, you can use HTML in your notification emails. If you use HTML you will want to turn off auto-formatting which is a checkbox option below the Notification Message itself.
