notification merge tag dropdown no longer available

    Hi,

    I've just updated to GForms v1.7.2 (on WordPress 3.5.1) and the merge-tags dropdown icon does not display a list of available merge fields.

    I simply get an info box about merge tags when i click on a dropdown icon.

    Can you go to Forms -> Settings and make sure No Conflict mode is on and then if that doesn't fix it, can you try the following please? http://www.gravityhelp.com/documentation/page/Testing_for_a_Theme/Plugin_Conflict

    Hi Dave,

    Sorry for my tardy reply. I changed the theme and deactivated all plugins except Gravity and still no merge tag dropdowns on the admin notifications screen.

    I created a new form however, and lo and behold the merge dropdowns work. I tried copying the problem form, and the dropdowns don't work in that one too.

    I'll try recreating the form step by step and check for problems with the merge tag dropdowns as I go. I'll create another ticket if I encounter a bug.
