Notification not sending to specific email

  1. I'm having issues with the email notifications for a form. I don't think it's a problem with Gravity Forms but still wondered if anyone could help.

When trying to send the email notification to our work email it doesn't seen, however onto a gmail one it does.

Would this be a problem with our email receiving the notification correctly?

  2. Does your work email use the same domain name as the web site you are using Gravity Forms on? If so it's a web server configuration issue. Your web server doesn't know where to route email for that domain name. This is usually a hosting control panel option to tell your web server to route email remotely rather than locally (or automatic). You may need to discuss this with your web host and explain to them:

    - PHP is sending email to GMail and email addresses not using the same domain name of the web site

    - PHP is not sending email to email addresses using the same domain name as the web site it is sending from

They should be able to resolve this for you.

  3. I had this problem with AOL. I had an email sent to AOL and BCC a gmail account. The gmail account received the notification but the AOL account did not. Any thoughts?

  4. If it arrives in your GMail box then that means it is being sent. I would suggest checking your AOL spam box. Or there AOL could be rejecting the email for some reason. But the fact that it arrives in your GMail reflects that that notifications are working. The issue is going to be on the AOL side.

  5. That is exactly what I figured.... I checked the spam and nothing so I thought I would try to reach out here and see if anyone had any idea...

    Thanks so much
