I have spent a few hours of looking and searching and have not found the answer to this question.
I am running version 1.3.11 on the latest version of WordPress. The form on our web site seems to be just fine, except that after the information is submitted the email that arrives is blank. When I go into Notifications to Administrator I can write information into the "Subject" and "Message" and it will appear in the emails after someone submits a form. However, none of the the form fields are working. Only words I write in. I insert form fields into the subject and message areas and the emails I receive after the form is submitted are blank.
Any help is appreciated.
