Notifications for both "EMAIL" and "ROUTING"?

    Hi,

    I was wondering if it it possible that when I email I can do both "Routing" and the normal "Email" way.

    I just need "Routing" for two country options but all of the rest should be just for the normal "Email" option.

    Please let me know,

    I only need the "Routing" option for just 2 different emails - 2 different inputs.

    Daniel,

    If you choose to use routing, you'd have to setup rules for the others. So you could create 4 routing rules.

    1 - go to this email if country x
    2 - go to this email if country y
    3 - go to this email if not country x
    4 - go to this email if not country y

    I'm thinking that should do the trick for you.
