Notifications Page will Not Display

    Hello,

    I have created a form that routes response notifications to a large number of different email addresses, depending on a respondent's state and/or county; probably about 130 possibilities. After my most recent edits, I am no longer able to view the notifications tab when I am editing my form in WordPress. When I click on the notifications tab all that appears is a blank page. I am using the most current version of WP and Gravity forms (Version 1.6.4.2.1). Any ideas about how I can fix this issue?
