Old forms no longer editable

  1. I'm currently running Wordpress 3.3.2 and 1.6.4.2.1 and my forms are not editable. This has been the case for several updates and I continue to update hoping that it'll resolve itself. Now I need to be able to edit a form and think my only option is to re-build it which is a less than optimal solution.

  2. What happens if you duplicate the form from the "Edit Forms" screen? Can you edit the duplicate?

  3. No, I can add fields. After adding a field, the option to edit old fields finally shows up, but pressing the edit icon does nothing. Also, my form settings are not displayed in either the original, nor the copy, although the original form does work(specifically, the redirect to a thank you page functionality).

  4. Sounds like you have a JS conflict of some kind. Follow the instructions here to test for a theme/plugin conflict and let me know how it goes:

  5. I'll have to try that later tonight. I have a custom theme and can't disable it until after business hours.
