one choise (radio) open one page [different in function of the choise]

    how can i make a list of choise with button radio, who open a page in function of the choise selected on click next button without sending email ?

    if i choose A option i click on next button and it's open A page
    if i choose B option i click on next button and it's open B page
    if i choose C option i click on next button and it's open C page
    if i choose D option i click on next button and it's open D page

    How about this suggestion from Stackoverflow:

    Opening a new page on a radio button choice is not a function of Gravity Forms. You could use a Gravity Form to display the radio buttons, then jQuery to redirect the visitor when one of those buttons is selected.
