only image form

hello all,

i just bought this excelent plugin. i cant make very simple form, i read almost everything but couldnt find solution.

what i want to do is, simply adding only 5 image field. and those images will post normal. i can make this form wıth addin body field. is there anyway to post only images?

and one more thing, is it possible to post images to specific page?
