Optional items in content template?

    Have a simple form generating a Post that has a Y/N choice to File Upload.
    Can't see a way of setting the content template depending on the Y/N choice:

    Post Body:
    {News Body:12}
    <<<<<<< Next line if Choice = Y >>>>>>
    [gview file=" {Attachment to be uploaded? (pdf only):18}
    " save="0"]

    Any suggestions to workaround please?
