  1. I am using the section break field so a scroll bar can be created for a "Terms of Service Agreement. The content of the agreement was entered in the description field and In the CSS Class Name field gf_scroll_text was entered. The form looks fine with scroll bar and is updated. When viewing the Form on my Wordpress site, the description and scroll bar is missing. Your help would be appreciated,

    Thanks!

  3. Hi Richard,

For some odd reason, it's working now but there are still other issues with Gravity Forms latest update.

What is the best way to enter the text "Terms of Agreement" in the description field without typing everything? I entered a copy > paste from Word but it would not save.

I did have to delete the form that was started because it seems to be hanging the website, as well. The other odd thing that occurred after installing the gf update is miscellaneous links appeared throughout the website. One was to an Apple survey! I am going to attempt to create the form again. Wish me luck!

    Your help is greatly appreciated!

    Hi Karen,

There can be rare occasions when copied and pasted text is lost when the form is saved, it's possible that among what you pasted was an invalid character of some sort. How did you paste the text, did you do it using the keyboard shortcut or did you right click and select paste from the context menu, if you used the context menu try selecting the 'paste as plain text' option instead.

As for the miscellaneous links that appeared throughout the website, I have only ever heard of that happening when a site has been compromised and had bad code injected, if that is the case then you should probably speak to your web host for further guidance.
