PayPal Add-On Not Sending to PayPal Processing Page

The PayPal Add-On is not working. I have followed the implementation docs exactly but, when I submit a simple donation form, I am not taken to a PayPal processing page. Instead the form data is just processed as normal.

    See this simple example:

I have the latest Gravity Forms 1.5RC1.35 installed and the latest version of PayPal Add-On.

My PHP error logs are not showing any errors either?

David, can you send that magical email my way? I'm having the same issue. Is there a setting for the form confirmation area that should be set to redirect?

I'm definately using that version - I just bought the developer addon this morning, I setup PayPal Addon and linked it to my form, but when I submit it just goes to the text confirmation.

I'm getting no responses from Priority Support. I've sent 2 emails since last Friday requesting progress or timeline on support and still no answer. I purchased your developer license and have nothing to show for it still. Help!

  7. Hi Marcus,

Per our exchange, your emails were unfortunately caught in my spam filter. I've sent you a solution to your issue. Just posting this here so everyone knows we wouldn't intentionally leave a user hanging. :)

  8. Any way the rest of us could get that solution?

  9. I brought this topic to David's attention so he can update us with the solution hopefully. In the meantime, can you post the problem you're having right now? Maybe we have a different solution for you since the add-ons and plugins have all changed.

  10. The issue Marcus was having was his pricing fields were empty. Gravity Forms defaults pricing fields to $0.00 now so no other users should be experiencing this particular issue.

  11. I am having this same problem, but my price fields are not empty. The total field shows the correct number, but when you hit submit you are not taken to paypal. I have bought the developers license specifically so that I could integrate with paypal. Can you help with this?

  12. @sarahsido Please check your email for our response to your Priority Support request on the same issue. To avoid causing duplicate work by our support team we will handle this issue via your Priority Support request. The issue is going to be related to how you have configured your form and/or the PayPal feed settings.
